Abstract
This study aims to look at the influence of students' perceptions about teaching accounting lecturer on student achievement in accounting courses with the motivation to learn as a moderating variable. The study also examined whether the student's learning motivation is a variable moderating effect between student perception about teaching accounting faculty with student achievement matakulaih eyes accounting. From the analysis it was concluded that there is a very significant influence between student perception about teaching accounting lecturer with the achievement of students in accounting courses. Motivation to learn the students also proved to be a moderating variable. It can be said that the way to teach accounting lecturer good, if he is supported by a high learning motivation of the students will produce a good learning achievement in the subject of accounting.
