Abstract

Precise investment decisions must be supported by excellent financial statements. The increase of stock price wheter decrease or increase will represent the value of the company. If the stock price of a company keep increases, the investor or prospective investor will be interested to become a part of shareholder / owner of that company.

The study is aimed to analyze the effect Earning Per Share (EPS) and Dividend Payout Ratio to company value in the manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Coverage data during 2013-2015. The sampling technique use purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that earning per share ratio and dividend payout ratio partially or simultaneously influence the company value.
