Abstract

This research aims to Anylisis (1) program and budget planning on budget realization in the Directorate General of post and Information technology, (2) Goods and services procurement on budget realization in the Directorate General of post and Information technology, (3) Human resourcescompetence on budget realizationin the Directorate General of post and Information technology, as well as (4) Analysis of Program and budget planning, Goods and services procurement, and Human resources competence together on Realization of budgets in the Directorate General of post and Information technology. The population in this research is all employees of Directorate General of Post and Information technology. The number of samples taken is all units of work in the Directorate General of post and Information technology, the number of respondents in this study as many as 65 employess scattered in the work unit in the Directorate General of post and Information technology. Data collection techniques used in this research is purposive sampling. A data analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistics, data quality test,data normality test,classic assumption test, , and hypothesis test. The results showed that there is influence between the Analysis of Program and planningbudget (X 1) on budget realization (Y) and p-value 0.016< 0.05. Goods and services procurement (X 2) to budget realization (Y) and p-value 0.002< 0.05. And Human resourcescompetence (X 3) on bugdet realization (Y) and p-value of 0.038< 0.05.
