Abstract

This research was conducted to test whether non-financial performance such as seat load factor, on time performance, jet fuel price, andthe Indonesian economic growth had a significant influence on the operating profit. This research is descriptive and parametric statistical which aims to find the relationship between several variables, a causal relationship. The data used is secondary data obtained from quarterly financial statements and annual report of PT Garuda Indonesia(Persero) Tbk. starting from 2010 to Q2 2015, the jet fuel price data released byPlatts website and also the official data are published widely by the Badan Pusat Statistik. The analysis showed that independent variable seat load factor, on time performance, jet fuel price, and the rate of national economic growth simultaneously having an significant impact onthe level of corporate performance that’s proxied by operating profit.
